Callaly® Customer Experience Lead

CALLALY is disrupting the $30b FemCare market with true product innovation, the first of which The Tampliner launches late summer 17' direct to consumer online. Already patented in 85% of the global Feminine Care Marketplace, Callaly® is in advanced user trial stage with outstanding feedback.

Callaly is looking for an exceptional Customer Experience Lead to join our growing team and help us provide the best possible experience for our customers. You will be our first CALLALY community advocate, capturing the voice of our customer and supporting decision making at the very highest level. This is a great opportunity to join an early stage high, potential start up and grow with the business.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the voice of CALLALY to customers and other external stakeholders and be our first community advocate
  • Execute smart initiatives to capture user feedback and provide actionable analysis for the team on our value proposition
  • Generate and manage all sales leads through our online platform and provide strategic insight for Marketing Campaigns, Promotional Activities and our product roadmap (both online and physical)
  • Provide onboarding / training for all new colleagues on customer experience and sales providing leadership and support on best practice
  • Establish a monthly competitive landscape report presented to colleagues to ensure we remain informed and agile to all competition / threats.
  • Create an exceptional, personalized service experience for CALLALY users via phone, email, and chat
  • Creatively plan and execute ‘surprise and delight’ initiatives to engage our customers
  • Work with our Operations team to help resolve customer operational issues and ensure all boxes are delivered successfully
  • Become an expert in CALLALY’s customer’s needs and assist in delivering insights to the CALLALY team
  • Execute high-impact opportunities to improve our service, including optimizing service within current channels, expanding into new channels, and providing service at high-volume days/times, leveraging new technology

You Have

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in person and across all digital platforms

  • A ‘no task is too small’ attitude, relentless work ethic, and are full of energy, grit, and sincerity

CALLALY is looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Associate to support our Leadership Team execute a best in class brand marketing strategy and successful product launch

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive online and offline brand activity, owning the end-to-end process from idea creation to execution for monthly and larger quarterly marketing activation 
  • Conceive of interactive, creative, and press-worthy brand experiences to engage with our community of ambassadors and drive conversation about our unique product 
  • Work with PR specialists to develop a proactive press strategy ensuring we are part of relevant conversations in women’s health, across all publications and channels 
  • Develop, manage, and execute on high impact brand partnerships and collaborations
  • Set long term performance KPIs for brand activations and measure results of each activation and strategy 
  • Project manage the development of creative assets including photos, videos, and on-site assets.
  • Build the content strategy, and contribute to content planning and content calendar development for our online content
  • Build and manage our writer pipeline, contribute as a writer and editor, and manage content strategy and contributions
  • Maintain deep understanding of key customer bases, including demographics, needs segmentation, interests, and willingness to switch products.
  • Liaise and support our Web team to deliver an exceptional online 
e-commerce experience 
  • Demonstrate genuine passion as an evangelist for our product and services both internally and externally

You Have

  • 2+ years experience in marketing role for a brand or agency.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing activity, press and content strategies whilst understanding how brand and content strategies impact should be measured
  • You have some experience writing both long- and short-form copy and are a social media savant.

Callaly® Junior Designer

Callaly is looking for an exceptional Junior Designer to lead content creation across all platforms and brand assets. This is a great opportunity to join an early stage, high potential start up intent on building an internationally recognised brand from the ground up.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will be designing high-quality artwork for digital and print, including digital content on our website, social media and emails, as well as packaging and promotional print design from concept to execution.
  • Ownership of and development of design guidelines and brand book - including product presentation, editorial and merchandising guidelines that cover photography, styling & visual merchandising.
  • Creatively adapting and developing material to fit all online and offline channels when created in-house or by external partners.
  • Conception of graphic design, UX for web and mobile interfaces
  • Creating of layouts and digital style guides under consideration of our UI alongside development of wireframes, mock-ups, interaction concepts, prototypes and visual screen designs
  • Research and develop high quality original ideas for still life photography used for new products and seasonal campaigns for online and print
  • Photography and photo editing for both the product images on our website, and also the creative imagery for new products and seasonal campaigns used throughout online and print marketing material.
  • Ensuring that all collateral produced is of a high quality in line with long-term strategy and consistent across all communication touch points.

You Have

  • 2-5 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally within consumer goods
  • A strong understanding of the digital landscape and social media is essential together with an understanding and appreciation of digital content.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop is essential
  • Strong graphic skills along with an eye for photographic art direction. We are looking for an all rounder who embraces a multi-disciplinary challenge.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating production and development of graphics for marketing material and packaging design, and liaising with printers on sampling and final production
  • Be able to create a visual language and produce innovative creative design solutions that incorporate all of the elements of a great customer experience, through to collateral and website.
  • Experience with photography and photographic art direction. Product photography experience is preferable.
  • Highly organised and be able to manage multiple projects with short deadlines.
  • A good understanding of online and mobile user experience is preferable
  • Basic coding ability preferred, deeper knowledge of HTML, CSS and other languages would be ideal
